can some one tell me if i have to do the exercise one by one, or can i convine them ?

  5. sylv10a says:

they give the wrong information about the standing barbell curl. You can swing the back when you do it, because its better to do the exercise with a natural movement.. Its easier to hurt yourself if you dont move anything

between every set you should wait up to at least one minute. between every exercise should be one minute also and yes if your a beginners and go three times a week then 45-60 minutes is long enough,if your going more for muscle size and bulk(bodybuilding) then five times a week and be going for up to an hour possibly more

  8. eriblood says:

How long do you have to pause between every excersise and how long do you have to train in a day, is one hour enough?

    lol

  12. undertaker6102005 says:

it depends on your workout(volume, intensity, frequency, recovery, duration),your nutrition and your genetics. You can say that for 10lbs of pure muscle all over your body evenly your arms grow about an inch(2.543 cm)You can’t be sure though.

I can say that even an inch is very difficult to occur in two months even with the best genetics, nutrition, training. With anabolics/androgenics it is very possible though but still difficult.

  13. salashaska223 says:

how much is the normal growth (in inches) for the biceps when you workout for 2 months?

  14. ElWonFoolio says:

    you dont know shit.

  17. KaseyAkira says:

    No.

  18. GreasyGuerilla says:

concetration curls mostly builds peak (brachii) doesnt it? :

  19. GreasyGuerilla says:

Hammers target more brachioradialis or forearm. Rotating your wrist actually uses the bicep

  20. KaseyAkira says:

    1) most of your bicept training can be done during your backwork. Its incredibly rare to need more than 3 or 5 sets for biceps, even if you are a “bodybuilder”.
    2) Do not -=EVER=- hold your breath.
    3) Its ok to lift heavy on this exercise, if heavy is what you need.
    4) What’s important in concentration curls is not that the triceps remain against your thigh, but that the upper arm remain perpendicular to the floor. Focusing on tris to thighs will foster cheating.
