just to get this straight, if i do my excersize 6 am, “i go to school so i have to wake up early”. then i cant eat ANYTHING untill 7am or i cant eat sugars only?

I’m 20 years of age and I use to be in great shape, but I started taking it for granted and started slacking.I play soccer alot and basketball sometimes,I’d like to know how I can improve my cardio and lose weight to get a flatter stomach

@wheredah0odat adding sugar right after your workout is fine if you wish to build muscle. It boost the body’s insulin levels creating a perfect blood chemistry for growth. My thoughts for making this clip a while back was to drop fat first…and the best method for doing this is to leave the system empty of new sugars for 60 mins…allowing the liver to break down your fat cells for energy…thanks for posting…~ahmad

I heard that if you take sugar after your work out its actually good for you because it rushes the nutrients and proteins to the needed areas. dont quote me its just what i heard. I am not sure if this is true?

  6. makingthebest09 says:

@dancenow45 for now lets work at just pushing your hardest during the 20-45 mins required daily…once you see that this is becoming easy, then start looking at heart rate and making sure you are working out in your zone for the entire period…~ahmad

  13. makingthebest09 says:

@Nellybly18 if you’re trying to build muscle you follow a different timing. You want to consume the shake WITHIN 45 MINS of finishing…if you wish to lose fat…always WAIT ONE hour then consume the shake…~ahmad

  15. Nellybly18 says:

I asked that question in reference to all your videos. :)

  16. Nellybly18 says:

Very good info but what about a person like me who is very slim. I am about 110 lbs and have always wanted to build muscle. Do I follow the same regimen since my goal is to build muscle and def not lose any fat since there is barely any?

  17. jaylov168 says:

thanks for the info.I’ll try that

  18. makingthebest09 says:

no…just play it safe and try to stay close to it if you are in great shape…~ahmad

  19. makingthebest09 says:

If you are fueling correctly you should always have a constant supply of protein(amino acids) floating in your system. It’s important to fuel up before hand (LESSON 3&4 CLIPS). Keeping your workouts within a 45-60 min time frame will prevent this loss. If fat loss is the goal, then you wait the hour before consuming macro nutrients…if muscle gain is the goal, consume within 45 mins of finishing workout. There’s so much more detail…

  20. makingthebest09 says:

    you’re awesome too!

  21. jaylov168 says:

Is it ok to drink a protein shake without the carbs immediately after cardio to reduce the catabolic effect? I thought if you wait one hour after cardio u would burn muscle. Will the protein by itself without carbs slow down the fat burning process?

  22. dalishisnsassy says:

    you’re awesome, God Bless

  23. diegoarriaga123 says:

if i go over my heart rate zone will that hurt me?

  24. makingthebest09 says:

Order of importance: Smart eating of regular nutrient dense meals, tons of cardio, and ab work…ok?~ahmad

  25. makingthebest09 says:

the thing about products with the label diet or fat or sugar free on them is that you have to really inspect them before consuming. Normally it’s got something else your body does not need in it…to make it taste great…so I would suggest making your own tea…or take the egcg supplements….because really the teas to reduce fat all contain one of these phytonutrients…quality is most important…thanks for the question…~ahmad
