If you have worked hard to get your body into shape, you do not want to miss your workouts while on vacation. Most world class resorts offer many ways that you can get your daily exercise while still having fun. Always remember to stretch! No matter what type of activity you may be planning, stretching is very important. A thirty-minute workout in a gym is another way to take advantage of the equipment provided for you. One reason you are on vacation is usually to help relax and reduce stress levels. Therefore, do not be unrealistic about what amounts of exercise you may get accomplished while on vacation. If you plan, you can bring a few simple exercise pieces that will not take up space. A resistance band is a great way tool that you can use and takes little to no space in your luggage.
