@TheBarefootWarrior LOL, my nails so need redone. I’m not very refined when it comes to nails, the varnish usually grows out lol. Love the birds, but don’t love the dogs next door, they bark so much – and always when I’m filming, grr
Love the sound of the birds in the background! Who needs music when you hear that?
I love seeing you workout barefoot, and seeing you reminds me that I need to repaint my toenails. :p
@AtlasAtPeace Thanks for your great comment, I appreciate it. I’m not a qualified kettlebell or fitness instructor, I work as a nurse, but love fitness. Feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of any page on my site, just scroll down in any post and you’ll see where.
Glad you find my workouts useful, I like to mix things us
Do you have clients? Are you training any people? I am an RKC kettlebell instructor and I have used a few of your “plank-type-drills” in my classes. I really like your outlook on fitness and I hope you are making money from this because your approach is very good in my opinion. Keep up the good work! I am learning a lot from your vids. Is there a spot on your site where I could leave a review?
@WWloser84 It’s best not to train the same muscle groups two days in a row, especially when you’re sore. Recovery is equally important to training. Some light cardio and abs is usually ok though.
PS my feet are getting toughened to the ground – sick of wearing trainers
How does that not hurt your feet?!? Good Workout! What do you think about working out when you’re sore…should you do it or not? If you’re NOT sore is it ok to train the same muscle groups two days in a row? Thanks for your time!
