you drink so much water? i am forcing myself to drink 2 litters but sometimes i can’t!your site is one of my favourite!i was thinking of making one myself but i’m asheamed to talk in front of the camera!:)
@30KARMEN Sounds like you’re pretty lean, maybe all it is is water retention around your belly? I have real probs with water retention, think I have estrogen dominence, so it’s a nightmare at times. I drink about 4-6 litres of water a day, sweat like a pig doing cardio and still not much improvement. An upward battle I think :/
yes i’m trying the same thing , it’s bit ard for me..because i am ripped all over but still got some belly fat …and i’m desperate … because if i loose weight my butt is gone
@30KARMEN Hi, yes i do additional gym weights and some cardio at the minute, to supplement my kettlebell workouts. I am trying to get leaner, but I dont want to cut my calories any more, so i’ll just burn more:)
do you train in the gym except these workouts? i used kettlebell and i ‘ve heart my arm….
@papatintin PS that’s me WITH a tan LOL, well an Irish tan, so I guess that doesn’t really count :/

In certain parts of this video ( like 5:28) its difficult to see you ..!
My girl and I were in splits watching this. .(we are into kettlebells big time)… she is black and I am white …we face the issue with camcorder and light all the time..I am too white for the day and she is too dark for the evening. ..!
(PS : I hope you and your team find success and a niche among all the other exponents of fitness out there …)
