This was a GRREEAATT workout for my arms. I am in my second week of working out so I did 2 sets of each using 5lbs weights. My arms feel like they were truly worked out. This will be my arm routine for now.

whoo i needed that b4 work..thanks so much.. im 28 yrs old..weigh around 125 and im 5′3…im in pretty good shape but i would like to tone up a bit more around my hamstrings..help ..lol thanks again.

hey i loved this it was simple to follow and understand .. also i have mustle and ligament damage in my lower back is it safe to follow this for me i really need to tone up all over haha ..
cardio exercises are great way to burn max calories and loose weight, build stamina…running, stairs, skipping, swimming etc

@Momoko458 … cardiovascular exercise or better known as cardioresperatory exercise is a set of exericises which strengthens ur heart and lungs…. it increases ur heart’s efficiency,improves ur body’s oxygen extraction,increases metabolism n d list of benefits goes on…. very basic example of a cardio exercise would be Jogging…. if u wanna know more google it

if you just started this, i think your muscles will be a little sore, thats normal. You want to work through that. but i heard its reccomended to excercise about 3-5 days a week…
like….every other day….idk ur schedule

i have a question, how frequent do i train with your videos to get the best result? at the same time, not to get my muscles tired and fatigue?
I don’t like the last exercise, so I modified it to another exercise to strengthen my shoulders. In the same position, holding arms up in air with weights in both hands, lower weights to floor above your head, hold a minute for stretch, then return to first position.
You can do these workouts everyday they arent that intense that you need to give your muscles time to relax.Infact they wont really work that well if you dont do them everyday.They will still work,it just takes longer for results.
